TERMS OF REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT

1. Payments:
• 30% deposit of the total price of the package – upon registration.
• Supplement up to 25 days before the date of departure.
• Payment is made in BGN, cash or bank transfer and according to the official fixing of the BNB on the day of payment.
2. Cancellation periods:
2.1 The User has the right to cancel within 7 days from the date of registration and payment of the deposit with no less than 25 days before the date of departure.
2.2 In case of refusal of travel after the specified in item 2.1, the User loses the paid deposit of 30% of the package price.
2.3 In case of cancellation after additional payment of the full amount – the penalties are according to the travel contract.
2.4 The tour operator strongly recommends to its customers to conclude “Cancellation of a trip” insurance.

CONDITIONS FOR REGISTRATION AND PAYMENT AT PRICES INCLUDING DISCOUNTS FOR HOTEL ACCOMMODATION, PROMOTIONS AND OFFERS AT THE LAST MINUTE:

Hotel accommodation discounts, promotions and last-minute offers are valid for reservations and payments made within the dates, terms and conditions announced for each hotel.

Minimum number of participants for the trip: 40 people.
Minimum number of participants for additional excursions: 15 people.

Deadline for notification in case of insufficient number of registered tourists:
• 20 days before the start of the package – in the case of trips of more than 6 days;
• 7 days before the start of the package – in the case of trips lasting two to 6 days;
• 48 hours before the start of the package – in the case of journeys of less than two days’ duration.

Necessary travel documents:

• Identity card (not indefinite) or a valid international passport.
• Children up to 14 years old – only with a passport.
• Visa regime: there are no visa requirements.

Place, date and time of departure:

• Departure dates are announced in the price tables for each hotel.
• Departure from Ruse at 02:00
• The return from Istanbul is the evening
• The duration of the trip is about 10-12 hours. During the trip, breaks are taken at the designated places every 2.5 – 3 hours.
• The route is suitable for people with limited mobility.
• The tour operator reserves the right to change the time of departure and the carrier in the event of objective reasons that require this and are beyond its will.

Consumer rights:

The User has the right to transfer the package travel contract concluded by him to another person who meets all the requirements applicable to the concluded contract only after he has given written notice to the Tour Operator at the address for correspondence by a letter with acknowledgment of receipt received by the Tour Operator not later than 7 days before the start of the package. The transferor and the person to whom the package travel contract is transferred shall be jointly and severally liable for payment of the remaining part of the contract amount, if any, and of any additional charges, levies or other additional costs arising from the transfer. The tour operator shall inform the person transferring the package of its actual costs in connection with the transfer.

When booking with included discounts for early booking, the User has the right to change the date of travel or to assign his trip to a third party within 7 days from the date of conclusion of the contract, with written notice served to the Tour Operator under the terms and conditions of para. 4. In case of non-compliance with the specified period, respectively after the expiration of the same, the change of the date of travel or assignment of the rights to a third party shall be paid by the consumer in accordance with the prices and conditions in force at the time of the change.

The user has the right to withdraw from the contract without penalty or compensation, within 3 (three) days from the date of registration and payment of a deposit.

For reservations under the “early booking” package, in case of cancellation of a trip and inability to change the date of travel, after the specified period of 7 (seven) days from the date of registration, the User who has booked and paid for an “early booking” package loses 100% (one hundred percent) of the deposited amount.
The reservation is considered valid only if it is confirmed by the Tour Operator within 48 hours. If the initially requested hotel is not confirmed, the Tour Operator may offer the User other accommodation options. In the event that the User does not accept the other options, he has the right to request a refund of the deposit paid.

Travel cancellation insurance. It is concluded within 7 calendar days from the date of signing the package travel contract, provided that the first payment under the contract has been made and only if there are not less than 10 days left until the start date of the trip, from the day of conclusion of the insurance. The cost of the cancellation insurance depends on the price of the purchased package, the age of the tourist and the cancellation period.

When checking in triple rooms (TRPL), as well as double rooms with an extra bed (DBL + ex. bed), 3 regular beds are not guaranteed.
When accommodating 2 adults with 1 or 2 children (DBL + 1 chd; DBL + 2 chd), the third and fourth beds are always additional, extendable type.
Rooms type PROMO and ECONOMY are at a lower price. They are smaller than the standard rooms, with a final location on the territory of the hotel, on the ground floor, without balcony or terrace, with a small bathroom and various furnishings.

Check-in at the hotels is after 14:00 and check-out until 12:00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise specified in the hotel. On the day of arrival (before 14:00) and check-out (after 12:00), hotel services are available for a fee, including food and beverages.
The tour operator is not responsible for lost, stolen or forgotten luggage during the trip or stay at the hotel.
Each hotel individually determines the prices and conditions for using the additional services on the territory of the hotel.

The tour operator and local partners may provide assistance in case of need of medical care, but are not responsible for non-compliance with the general terms and conditions of the insurer by the consumer.

Persons travelling with one parent or without parents shall present, in addition to an international passport, a notarized declaration by one or both parents and a birth certificate of the children, as well as a copy thereof.

In case of non-matching surnames of children and parents, in addition to international passports, the birth certificate of the children shall be presented to the border authorities, as well as a copy thereof.
